PAYMENT & REFUNDS

The Client understands that the cost of the programs will be based upon the monthly services provided by Aeonian Wellness, LLC. Payments for services will be made by credit card via PayPal. At times, Aeonian Wellness may be required to purchase products for the Client. The Client is expected to provide payment information prior to such purchases being made. In the event the The Client cancels any monthly agreement to provide services prior to the termination of the time period, which for services were contracted for, there will be a cancellation fee of $100. Aeonian Wellness may cancel services provided at any time for any reason. If this occurs, a refund will be provided for the services contracted and paid for and not utilized by the Client.

Aeonian Wellness OWNERSHIP OF WELLNESS COACHING PLAN

The Client understands that any services, materials provided, and or advice from Aeonian Wellness is exclusive and proprietary information belonging to Aeonian Wellness. The Client agrees not to disseminate or utilize the aforementioned materials and or advice to any other party except any medical services provider.

THIRD PARTY ASSISTANCE TO Aeonian Wellness

We may from time to time engage a third party to assist us in providing services to you. This would include providing these parties with your personal information

CLIENTS LIMITED RIGHTS

The Client understands that Aeonian Wellness’s liability for any claim made against them shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client. The Client understands that it is waiving his/her right to pursue claims for compensatory, punitive, consequential, or any type of damage except for the fees paid for services rendered. THE CLIENT SPECIFICALLY WAIVES ALL CLAIMS THAT HE/SHE WOULD BE ENTITLED TO RAISE AGAINST AEONIAN WELLNESS AND FULLY RELEASES AND HOLDS HARMLESS AEONIAN WELLNESS FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS EXCEPT AS SAID FORTH ABOVE.

CHOICE OF LAW, AND LIMITED REMEMDIES

In the event a dispute arises between the Client and Aeonian Wellness, it is agreed that the jurisdiction for any such claim will be in the Superior Court Union County, NJ. The Client understands that it is expressly waiving filing of a claim, in any other forum except Union County.
