We start with the data your body is already giving us! During this phase, we dive deep into your health history through comprehensive lab testing and your initial health history form. We begin with DUTCH and GI-MAP testing to uncover hidden imbalances and discover the root causes of your symptoms. This step allows us to stop guessing and create a clear, targeted plan for your healing journey. If more clarity is needed, we’ll conduct additional testing to ensure nothing is overlooked. This data forms the foundation for creating a personalized, effective plan tailored to your body’s exact needs.

Food is your foundation! In this phase, we’ll craft a personalized nutrition plan designed to nourish your body, reduce inflammation, and restore balance. You’ll learn how to fuel your body in a way that supports your healing – without restriction or overwhelm.
