Being that we live busy, chaotic lives, five minutes allows us to make time for journaling and get our thoughts and feelings on paper. Of course, journaling can be as long or as short as you may like, but the five-minute journal seems to work for most individuals. It can be a simple yet powerful tool for personal growth and a positive start or end to your day!
